I snapped this pic at the fabulous Torvehallerne market in Copenhagen.  I guess it’s only fair that native son Hans Christian Anderson said it best!  If you have a chance to visit Copenhagen (and it should be on everyone’s list), be sure to spend some time at Torvehallern.  The Coffee Collective, arguably the best coffee bar in Copenhagen is here, along with a vast array of specialty food shops.  Centrally located, with indoor and outdoor seating, it would be easy to eat here multiple times a day (why limit yourself to three).

Some of my favorites are Summerbird, Fiskerikajen, and Hallernes Smorrebroed .
