While a sailor’s life is NOT the life for me, a week at sea is just about perfect. Traveling along the stunning Dalmatian coast was magical (to say nothing of only having to unpack once!). Going with the picture’s worth a thousand words today. Enjoy a few of the exquisite sites we saw at sea.

NOT that I needed further convincing but this definitely puts the Dalmation coast on the short list to sail to. Now I just need to work on convincing you to become a sailor 🙂

If we are flying to Split, spending two nights there, then getting a ferry to hvar – where would you recommend going for a night/two nights from Hvar before returning to split for our return flight?

Hi! We loved Hvar and you could visit the various villages on that island. Stari Grad is lovely. There are some great wineries and many places to stay. Brac is beautiful as well. Will you be traveling by ferry? If so, you might want to check travel times…
